[PD-dev] bug: streamin13~ for windows

[smoerk]

streamio~ from ggee works better, but i get infinite "underflow" 
messages to the console after i send a disconnect message to the 
streamout~ instance. i only tested it with streamin~.pd and 
streamout~.pd patches and localhost connections. (windows 2000, pd 0.36).
