[PD-dev] PD 0.36 key binding issues

These have bothered me quite a bit. I don't think Tcl/Tk is passing on
the keynames correctly.

Is this the new 03-03-03 8.4.2 source there, or the october 8.4.1 binary
releases?
I tried a new 8.4.2 binary from Daniel Steffen, and it's a nightmare in
terms of compatibility with Pd. Yow.
