[PD-dev] putting the docs on pure-data.org

Now that its stewed in the back of mind a bit, I want to add some
comments:
I would like add a "Getting Help" section to pure-data.org that has the
FAQ, the mailing lists, the list archives, and the docs. Anything I am
missing?
