After hearing complaints about accessing the SourceForge CVS, I thought
about it and I can't think of a time when I couldn't access the
SourceForge CVS.  Even when their site said 'down for maintainance', I
have still been able to access the CVS.  IIRC, the people having problems
with the CVS were both in Europe, so maybe there is a routing issue
somewhere in between?  (I am in Brooklyn, NY)
