[PD-dev] devel_0_36 / flext simd

Hi all,
i realized that the thread-safety of the pd clock routines (in the cvs
devel_0_36 branch) was not yet complete.
I updated these things appropriately. Please check if it's ok now.

Another thing:
When a friend of mine tried to compile flext with MSVC++ we stumbled over
the fact that the special compiler update package for inline SIMD
instruction is needed. How can i check at compile time that the compiler
package for VC++ is installed?
