[PD-dev] pd save & threads

hi all,

i have a question about what happens when a pd document is saved. more 
specificly, can it be that some clocks get reset or some messages dropped?

i'm experiencing some deadlock problems that only occur when ctrl-s is 
pressed. this is highly probably a bug in my own code, but since really don't 
understand what's going wrong, i thought maybe the save command doesn't just 
"stop time".

any thoughts?
