[PD-dev] pure-data.org int'lization

So, since pure data seems to be in use around the world, I think it would
be good to include some non-English resources in the new
pure-data.org.  Plone already supports many languages, but I think we need
to add multi-lingual content as well.

I have a started a list of docs that I think should be incorporated into
the new pure-data.org:

Please send stuff my way if you think it should be added to this.
