[PD-dev] individual files vs. libs for externals

You are right. I volunter for linux, I will put the pd-externals package
into Debian as soon as we are done with the work.

Can those people that want to have a lib instead of single externals tell
me so ?
Not that I am convinced by the arguments, but we have to go ahead :)
