[PD-dev] make MacOS X pkgs from command line

Just found this very handy info:

its a method of automating the creation of MacOS X pkgs, so it could be 
done on the SourceForge compile farm's OS X machine automatically.  I 
definitely plan on giving this a shot, but anyone is welcome to give it 
a shot.  I'd love to have the .debs and .rpms scripted as well.
