[PD-dev] PD cvs devel_0_36 additions

Hi all,
i added the following to the devel_0_36 branch:

- PD_MAJOR_VERSION and PD_MINOR_VERSION #defines in m_pd.h

- a record for the update time in the data structure of graphical arrays.
Whenever the content is changed the x_lastupdate structure member is set to
clock_getlogicaltime(). This value can be queried by the
garray_updatetime(t_garray *) function in m_pd.h, providing a means for
external buffer viewers to see if the data has been changed. Please check if
everything works as expected.

If there are no objections i'll add that to devel_0_37 too, as well as the
new thread locking mechanism which works perfectly for me.
