[PD-dev] building pd on windows

Hi,

I'm trying to do a build of pd on windows using the build.bat file supplied
in the source.  I'm running into a problem that the m_pd.h file can't be
found. nmake keeps spitting this:

fiddle~.c(95) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'm_pd.h': No
such file or directory
NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'cl' : return code '0x2'
Stop.

Is this just a problem with my path variable?  How do I fix this?  Thanks!
