[PD-dev] Gem/MarkEx now in pd-externals

hi hc,

is it not unfortunate, that every other synthesis toolkit has a
simple-and-standard tunable 2-order filter named 'reson', and only
Pd would have a cheezy comb-like thing instead?

Is it used heavily out there?

Asking this, also, in order to prevent yet another confusion --
there is already reson~ in my local copy of cyclone (IRs matching
those of the msp version)...
