hi Tim,

the simplest way in linux would be issuing (e.g. inserting as the
very first line of the pd.tk file) something like

bind Menu <Map> {%W config -font {times 14 italic}}

In this case 'tot' is probably an overkill, unless you are into
dynamic modifications, targeting specific windows, etc.  It is
a nice toy for experimentation, too.

No idea how to tune menubars in windows os...
