[PD-dev] redirecting PD post output

Hi,
another thing that would be interesting for some of my applications is to
redirect the output of the post function.

I don't know if it's the best solution but a callback function could be set
for that. If it's not set, output goes to stderr as ever.
Probably there should also be a possibility for more than one instance to
access the post output but this is not of importance for me.
Irrelevant? Or any other ideas?
