[PD-dev] removing class_sethelpsymbol()

So now that there are a plethora of externals that need their 
class_sethelpsymbol() changed to be 0.37 compatible, I am wondering 
whether we could just remove it completely.  In the process of looking 
into this, I noticed that none of the GGEE objects have a 
class_sethelpsymbol().

So what, if any, are the downsides of just removing 
class_sethelpsymbol()?  It seems to me that it would save us a lot of 
regexing and #ifdef'ing.
