i recompiled with g++ and it works ... it seems to be an issue with the
icc compiler... 
it freezes before the setup function is being started...

i even updated icc, but it's still a problem. i don't know what changed,
but flext/pd-0.37-0 seems to be incompatible with the icc compiler.
