[PD-dev] Patch against 0.37 for JACK support.

Hi all
The attached patch fixes a problem with JACK and turning off the audio from PD.

When the audio is turned on, a JACK client is created and audio is heard. 
However, when the audio is turned off, the client is not being closed 
properly, and subsequent audio uses cause JACK to complain and PD needs to 
be restarted.

This fix has been tested and works successfully.
