[PD-dev] --enable-alsa compile errors

hi again!

i'm sorry for the false alarm.
i noticed, that i used the devel_0_36 cvs branch of pd unwittingly. 
devel_0_37 still gave me warnings with the latest alsa drivers, but 
compiled after removing the -Werror flag from the makefile(s).
