[PD-dev] arrays used in dsp

Hi all,
i just realized that resizing one array (that is used somewhere in a patch)
results in recompilation of the whole dsp chain - that is because there is
only one flag (x_usedindsp) for an array.
Would it be possible to maintain a list of array users that are then
signalled when an array gets changed? Resetting the dsp state might not be
necessary for the majority of array-based externals.
