[PD-dev] Sysex out in 0.37-1

I am running [midiout] on a m-audio quattro. I have been able to 
maintain reliable midi sync with a drum machine on windows XP w/ pd 
0.37. This has been midi clock signals though, I don't think that's 
anything to do with sysex, right?
