[PD-dev] t_canvas vs t_glist

How would it be losed? would t_glist be chosen as canonic, or t_canvas be
chosen as canonic, or a third name would be chosen as canonic (like
t_patcher maybe), or would the two structures become different (!!!)...

And then, why use #define instead of typedef?
