[PD-dev] minor bug: patch can open off-screen

This may have already been reported, but I didn't find it. Basically,
if a patch has coordinates that are off the screen, it will open fine,
it just won't be visible. While this isn't a big deal, when it
happens, its confusing. I just spent sometime wondering why my patch
wasn't opening, and also not giving any errors.

I don't know off-hand, but maybe it wouldn't be to hard to get the
current screen size from Tcl/Tk and compare the window placement to
that.

Any chance of getting access to the bug database so I can report these
myself? Or maybe its time to look into bugzilla or sourceforge's
bugtracking.

"If nature has made any one thing less susceptible than all others of
exclusive property, it is the action of the thinking power called an
idea, which an individual may exclusively possess as long as he keeps
it to himself; but the moment it is divulged, it forces itself into the
possession of everyone, and the receiver cannot dispossess himself of
it."
