[PD-dev] OSCx License is not free?

I just downloaded OSC-Kit.tar.gz from CNMAT, version 1.0.

Here is the license as it appears at the top of each source file.

There is no mention of educational/non-commercial restrictions.

Perhaps the OSCx files are from older source?
