hi everybody,

is there a reason why t_tkcmd.c exists, instead of merging that code into
u_main.tk and then running the command "wish u_main.tk" ?

is there a reason why the global pd_nt exists, instead of using the global
tcl_platform() that is built into tcl?

what does rtext mean? if it means "text responder", then, in turn, what
does _that_ mean?
