[PD-dev] Debian install path for Cyclone

In the Debian package, is there any particular reason why cyclone 
objects are installed into pd/externs/cyclone rather than pd/extra?  If 
they must be in their own directory, couldn't they be moved to 
pd/extra/cyclone?  Then we could get rid of pd/externs directory 
altogether.
