[PD-dev] cxc vs. cyclone [counter]

Currently, the [counter] object from cxc is included in the  
pd-externals distro.  I think it should be renamed to [cxc.counter]  
like [cxc.prepend] and [cxc.split] so that the Max-style [counter] from  
cyclone will be the default.

Does anyone have a problem with this?
