[PD-dev] a problem with flext and the .lib files

you can obtain it by running build-pd-msvc.bat in the flext dir , after editing config-msvc.txt to point to your pd install location. i also had to copy lib.exe from /bin/win64 to /bin, seems to be a new trend at micrsooft to make you move things around so that stuff actually works..
