[PD-dev] BUG: numbers in comments

If you have a comment with only a number in it, copy-then-pasting it, 
or duplicating it will convert that number to scientific format.  If 
its too long, it'll convert it to "inf".  I think that comments should 
not be processed at numbers, but as strings.
