[PD-dev] Perms on pd MAIN branch

Now that Miller is going to be working out of the CVS, I think it would
probably be a good idea to put an ACL (access control list) on the MAIN
branch of the pd directory. This is not a matter of trust, but rather
to prevent accidental commits to the MAIN branch, which could happen
relatively easily and would be relatively easy to miss.

AFAIK, the only person who have committed to MAIN in the past has been
Günter, so it seems that the ACL should be Miller and Günter to start
with. Anyone else?
