i added the following files:
Makefile.am configure.ac src/Makefile.am README AUTHORS ChangeLog
COPYING NEWS 

src/configure.in is the old autoconf macro, portaudio/configure.in isn't
mine, either, since pd/portaudio/linux is broken ...
