[PD-dev] SDL for cygwin

I've made a big progress for gem.
SDL for cygwin compiles fine now.

I just have to fix some minor issues with the DLL building, then I will 
publish this SDL build and then start building pd with gem on cygwin.
(native GUI, no X at first)
probably some libtool issues will arive.
