[PD-dev] cvs question

hi all ...

i created a branch based on pd-0.38-test7 that hopefully has all
features of devel_0_37 locally on my machine ...

i'd like to check it in the cvs, as devel_0_38, although i want to make
sure that i'm not breaking anything on the cvs server ...
is something like 
cvs import pd -b devel devel_0_38
correct?
