hi all ...

when trying to compile the linux sources for win32, i had some problems
that seem to be related to the newline coding differences ...
(resulting in a deadlock when waiting for the gui to connect during
sys_startgui ...)

i'm not sure, what causes this behaviour (i'm not familiar with the gui
code and i used samba to load the files to my win machine, not cvs ...),
but for devel_0_38 i checked in the unix-encoded sources...

anyway, if someone experiences problems with that, this is probably the
reason ...

btw, devel_0_38 is online ...
