Summary: mouse pointer for moving a point in a scalar

Initial Comment:

When editing scalars with the mouse in Run mode, the
mouse pointer changes to a two-headed arrow to
represent that you can change the width of an array
point. The mouse pointer does not change when its
above the spot where you can move an array point with
the mouse.

In order to make finding the spot where you can move an
array point, the mouse pointer should change to a
specific pointer that represents that you can move that
point.
