Summary: fix auto-repeat in [key*] objects

Initial Comment:

Currently, when a keyboard key is held down, the built-in keyboard 
objects ([key], [keyup], and [keyname]) output alternating 0 and 
1.  While this is the way that X11 apparently handles auto-repeat, 
other platforms do not.  Plus this format makes it quite difficult to 
use keys as buttons, i.e. to detect when they are being held down.
