[PD-dev] pthread files line endings

Hi Miller,
since i'm playing around with various compilers at the moment: Borland C++
and MinGW have hickups with the pthread files included in the PD packages
(for Windows)... they have some strange line endings - loading them in
Visual C++ makes it obvious. I use metapad to get rid of it, but it should
also be corrected in the PD distribution.
