[PD-dev] sys_printhist & sys_addhist

hi all ...

does anyone know, if sys_addhist or sys_printhist is referenced
somewhere?
sys_addhist is lying around in the scheduler taking cpu power and i
don't think it's needed at all ...
i'd prefer to remove it from the scheduler in devel_ unless someone
convinces me, it's needed ...
if it's only there for profiling issues ... well, there are fancier
tools out there ...
