[PD-dev] paths in flext buildsys

Hi Frank,
there are two things to note

1) the source subfolder has to be specified with SRCDIR=fluid
2) package.txt is considered to be fully platform-independent which 
means that LIBS=-lfluidsynth is not allowed (meaningless under 
Windows)... see the py/pyext package.txt and build subfolder how to 
manage library dependencies.
