[PD-dev] PDDP template example

Ben Bogart and I have been discussing the PDDP patches.  I thought I'd 
continue the conversation on the pd-dev list so others can read and 
contribute.

Attached is a more recent PDDP patch that I think is a good example of 
how the PDDP template should look.  (There is always the cross-platform 
font size issue. this one is formated for Mac, the text will look small 
on other platforms).

I think there needs to be a little intro paragraph with a plain text  
description of what the object does, rather than just "FORCE A NUMBER  
INTO A RANGE".
