[PD-dev] Release iemxmlrpc on sourceforge ???

Hello,

I made a release on the iemxmlrpc external. I have set a release Tag in the 
CVS.

The questions are:

 - should releases be published on the Files section on sourceforge or private 
pages ?


if yes:

 - Is there a naming convention for differen architectures ?

 - Who does it ?

 - Should it be done for other packages.

I have just put the files now under
