[PD-dev] adding .pd_linux and .pd_darwin to cvsignore

So each CVS repository has a config file called CVSROOT/cvsignore. In
there you can put file patterns that CVS should ignore (i.e. you won't
get a "? zexy.pd_darwin" line when doing a "cvs update"). Things like
*.o and *~ are automatically included.

I would like to add *.pd_linux and *.pd_darwin to this list as well.
If people think this would be generally useful and not cause problems,
I'll commit it to the SourceForge repository, otherwise, I'll set it
locally (~/.cvsignore).
