[PD-dev] assigning patches/bugs/... to developers on sf

Sounds like a great idea.  I think that it was a matter of someone  
doing the work.  While you are at it, maybe you could add version  
numbers to the "Group" menu.  That seems to be the standard use of that  
menu and it would be useful.

But check with Guenter to be sure since he set it up.
