Summary: pd.bat error

Initial Comment:
In the file pd.bat which is executed with de desktop
icon installed after the Pure Data installation, there
is an error with this script.

In fact, C:\Program Files\Pure Data\bin\pd.exe is the
path used in this script, but in other countries as
Spain, the folder where PD is going to be installed by
default is not "Program Files" but "Archivos de Programa".

So we have to modify the script to do PureData working
well.

Any solution?

as ix9 has pointed out, ".bat"-startup scripts has been
obsoleted with recent development of pd.
anyhow, i still admit that the usage of "C:\Program Files"
is dirty and "%PROGRAMFILES%" should be used instead (this
should point to the correct (language independent) place
finally, i do not find the said installer, so i cannot check
it (please give more information when reporting bugs like
that: pd-version (exact version!), where did you get it from
(link!), operating system,....

pd.bat is not necessary.as of 0.38 you have at least
2 alternatives: try the built in settings/prefs system.
or this patch http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.
php?
func=detail&aid=1070226&group_id=55736&atid=
478072 which will give you a pd.ini file in the
same format as .pdrc
