garrays in dsp (was Re: [PD-dev] re: branch convergence)

I think this change could wait until the more urgent issues (e.g., graphics
updates) get resolved, since there are perfectly adequate workarounds for
people wanting to load arrays live from disk and swap them into tabx~
objects...
