[PD-dev] compiling pd_devel_0.38 on sarge

Hey Tim,

Thanks for adding the sarge path /usr/include/tcl8.4 so scons can find
the header files.

now it finds tcl.h but not tk.h (it is in the same directory)

bbogart at insitu:~/pd-stuff/pd$ ls /usr/include/tcl8.4/
tclDecls.h  tclPlatDecls.h  tkDecls.h  tkPlatDecls.h
tcl.h       tcl-private     tk.h       tk-private
