[PD-dev] cvs write access

Hi people,

I tried to cvs my externals to the repository today,
and I got the message that I don't have write access.
Am I getting the command right? or is it something
else?

cvs
-d:pserver:edkelly at cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/pure-data
import -m "Initial import" externals/edext edkelly
start
I externals/edext/framescore~
I externals/edext/framespect~
I externals/edext/hssc~
I externals/edext/simile~
cvs [server aborted]: "import" requires write access
to the repository
