[PD-dev] bug in 0.39 test 5 with tcl/tk 8.3

hi all,

recently i installed the latest 0.39-test5.
on my machine i have the older tcl/tk 8.3 installed.
that gives me the following behaviour:

after changing a patch, i cant close the patch window. instead it shows me:

syntax error in expression "$answer == yes"

seems that a dialogue cant be built.
only way is to kill pd with ctrl-c in the console where it was started.

the error is reproducable always.
