[PD-dev] Graph on Parent on Parent is seriously broken in 0.39

Hi,

attached patch illustrates a really nasty bug with Pd's new GOP code.
Using multiple levels of GOP will result in invisible parts of the
underlying abstractions. This happens both with subpatch-GOPs as with
abstraction-GOPs.
