[PD-dev] C++ support

Hi. I have added a new option to the sconsfile. Now if you do this:

  scons plusplus=1

You get to compile the Pd source code as C++.

I've made about a dozen commits to prevent error messages in doing so. 
There is still some more work to be done here, because it doesn't fully 
compile yet.

This initiative is only so that we have more doors open for the future. I
currently have no plans to use C++-specific things in devel, DesireData or
not.
