Summary: inlets for notein, ctlin, and friends

Initial Comment:
I would find it useful to be able to be able to
dynamically set the channel/controller/etc filters of
the MIDI input objects. Currently they can be set at
creation-time only.

I propose each MIDI input object to have an inlet
corresponding to each given creation argument. For
example, if [ctlin] is used like [ctlin 7], it should
have an inlet to set the MIDI controller number it
responds to, and if used like [ctlin 7 10] it should
have two inlets, for controller number and MIDI channel.

The only problem I can see is if the channel number of
a [notein N] object is changed during the period
between a note-on and note-off message for one note
(leading to stuck notes), I think a warning should
placed in the help patch regarding this.
